Was craving a smoothie, but wanted something other than my traditional flavor and decided to give this Blueberry Cheesecake Smoothie a try.

This was my first time adding cream cheese to a smoothie and it came out delicious. Feel free to switch out the fruit for any cheesecake flavor smoothie you wish!

Directions: In a blender, combine 2 cups frozen blueberries, 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup soy milk (or skim), 2 tablespoons light cream cheese and the zest of 1 lemon. Blend until combined. Taste the smoothie and sweeten as needed with 1-2 tablespoons honey or a sweetener of your choice. Blend until smooth.
